Bullet Color Change
At any point during the game, if you hold C and press any direction/button 3 times, you can change bullet colors and autofire rate.

The colors cycle through Pink -> Purple -> Blue -> Green -> Yellow -> Orange.
The autofire rates (in Hertz) are 7 -> 8 -> 10 -> 12 -> 15 -> 20 -> 30.
Normal and Missile bullets default to Orange, Ball defaults to Pink.
Chain Jingle
At any point during the game, if you input the following code, a "!" will appear in the HUD, and it will add sound effects to chaining:
[LEFT] [UP] [UP-LEFT] [A]
Point Ticker
At any point during the game, if you input the following code, a "?" will appear in the HUD, and it will add a score-change ticker on the side of the screen as well as add a visual timer for chaining:
[RIGHT] [UP] [UP-RIGHT] [A]You may also use the bullet color change code, and press Up.
Plane Type
You can specialize your plane by pressing different buttons to select it. This will also change its palette.

Additional Planes
By default, Battle Bakraid only has 4 selectable planes. In order to unlock the others, codes must be inserted on the title screen.
To unlock 3 additional ships, insert the following code BETWEEN the 20 second timer:
[UP] [UP] [DOWN] [DOWN] [LEFT] [RIGHT] [LEFT] [RIGHT] [A] [B]
To unlock the other 2 ships, insert the following code BETWEEN the 20 second timer, starting BEFORE it begins counting:
[UP] [UP] [DOWN] [DOWN] [LEFT] [RIGHT] [LEFT] [RIGHT] [B] [A]These will be saved permanently, until you clear the EEPROM.
Only Boss Course
To unlock the Only Boss course, insert the following code BETWEEN the 20 second timer, while holding the C button:
